Spring Cup | 2024 Time Standards | Women

The 2024 18 & Under Spring Cup is a USA Swimming sanctioned meet that will occur in 3 sites nationally. Teams may pick their preferred site and will not be regionally restricted. These meets will be capped at 800 athletes.

UPDATE: Recently, the time standards for this meet have been changed to allow more swimmers to be eligible. Originally the Spring Cup Time Standards and Futures Standards were similar. Currently, the time standards have been lowered. The updated times are listed below.

The qualification period is December 1, 2022 to Noon Mountain Time on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, or until the site’s capacity limit has been reached.

The 18 & Under Spring Cup will be held at 3 sites on May 2, 2024 through May 5, 2024 (Thu – Sun).

Each swimmer is limited to 6 individual events per meet.

Each swimmer can only swim 3 events per day (including time trials).

Bonuses are permitted. Any athlete who qualifies for 1 individual event will be permitted to enter and swim in up to 2 bonus events. No qualifying standards for bonuses.
